Yet, yesterday I installed v3.10 and got message about 3.10.09 update. Clicked the automatic option, ignored the warning. Upon generating Biped rig, got an error: default guides, no alterations, the progress bar froze after 4 Leg gen, and scriptEditor spat out error message in dpLimb.py line 1362. It was something about unsupported data type in beforeCtrlAttr.
When I copied over the downloaded update, generation worked no errors.

Pay attention with Maya version and dpAutoRigSystem version are you trying to install, please.
